No matter how hard you use your yoga mat, it will last you a lifetime and is also relatively easy to care for, as its closed-pore surface means that neither sweat nor bacteria can penetrate the mat.

With frequent use, the mat develops a very good slip resistance, and the cushioning provides optimal protection for knees and joints even on hard surfaces. The structure of the underside, specially developed by Manduka, prevents the mat from slipping on the floor - so you can concentrate fully on yourself and your exercises. Care and Cleaning

Notice: PVC mats may only develop their full grip after some time of use. Wet palms impair the slip resistance of a PVC mat; if necessary, we recommend placing a mat cloth underneath or using the Manduka Grip Gel. The "Break In" procedure recommended by Manduka is by no means a must; please note our advice. Care and cleaning:After each use, spray on Manduka Mat Wash & Refresh and wipe with a clean cloth. For a more intensive cleaning, use Manduka's plant-based mat cleaner.

Storage: We recommend rolling up your yoga mat with the top facing out. This way, the corners of the mat stay on the floor during your yoga practice and your mind stays with you.

Great yoga mat, I love it - and a huge plus point that it was made in Germany.

Very nice mat, but unfortunately it becomes very slippery even when you sweat slightly.

I was looking for a mat with good grip for more strenuous yoga styles. I chose this mat based on the description. Unfortunately I was completely disappointed, this mat is not suitable for me!

Top yoga mat

After a year of yoga, I have to admit that the Pro Mat is not just a yoga mat, it has become my "home". I am happy to have had this yoga mat as my companion from the beginning. It is robust for indoor and outdoor use. It is not heavy to transport to the yoga studio. The Pro series is made in Germany (a plus point for me when buying). I am enthusiastic about Manduka and will always remain loyal to this brand.

Very satisfied

The mat was non-slip from the start and is easy to maintain with the spray provided. If you don't roll it up properly and it gets wrinkled or dented, these will disappear after a while. It definitely seems robust. I can only recommend it.

Mat ok for normal fitness, but not for demanding yoga

The mat is no longer an option for me. It lost its grip after a very short time and I've been sliding back and forth on it ever since. Best wishes, Julia.
