Natural cosmetics & oils: care with the power of nature

To be radiantly beautiful and blessed with baby-soft skin - isn't that what we all want? Unfortunately, it's not that easy to find the right skincare, and as yogis we naturally still expect our skincare to be natural and not tested on animals. There are no compromises. So we want products that help us to be more beautiful in a natural way.

Care without compromise

The products in our range meet the highest standards for pleasant and natural body care. Because one thing is clear: yoga is not a sport, it is a way of life, and that does not stop with skin care. Who wants to shower with chemicals? So it is only logical to rely on the power of nature for daily care too.

Nature: More than just a buzzword

“If it says natural on the label, it's natural inside.” - Unfortunately, that's not always true. Conventional cosmetics also use natural ingredients. However, these are often so altered by chemical substances that you can no longer really call them “natural”. This is exactly what is different with natural cosmetics. Here, the ingredients in the jar are as natural as possible - no chemical additives are added. In addition to traditional medicinal plants and minerals, popular natural ingredients include chamomile, marigold and sage.

No-Go paraffins and silicones

Paraffins form a water-permeable film on the skin and make it appear plumper. They are a leftover from petroleum distillation. That doesn't sound nice and it isn't, because ultimately paraffins are waste products from the mineral oil industry. Silicones, which are made from silicon, oxygen and chlorinated hydrocarbons, also damage skin and hair in the long term. They cover the cells and then trap moisture there. This makes the skin pale and brittle, and the hair brittle. Natural cosmetics do not use these chemical ingredients and instead use vegetable oils and waxes.

The power of oils

Body oils impress with their pleasant smell and the velvety soft feeling they leave on the skin. They are particularly suitable for use after showering or bathing and their essential scents prolong the relaxed feeling after the bath.

Body oils have a very special significance in Ayurvedic traditions. There is a saying: “It is better to buy oil every day and massage it in than to spend large sums of money on the doctor.” The oils are applied to the body in a very specific sequence and massaged in. In addition to their nourishing effect, they also have a cleansing and harmonizing effect on our organism.
